Aaron Anderson is a Navajo jeweler who creates unique contempory designs in sterling silver. He is noted for using the tufa cast method to make his jewelry. He also uses set stones. His work is featured in many galleries, collections and publications. Aaron was born in Gallup, New Mexico. He is from a family of jewelry artists and began helping them make jewelry. He studied civil engineering and uses some of what he learned, in his jewelry making. He was influenced by Preston Monongye and Charles Loloma. Aaron has won many awards at juried shows and is recognized as a top contemporary Navajo jeweler by his peers and collectors.
